The Bowen Grows Community Feast is an annual community-wide harvest celebration for all ages and demographics.

The format of the dinner changes from year to year, giving the community a chance to participate in different ways. In past years, we've  hosted the Feast as a potluck, with 150+ people in attendance and an incredibly diverse amount of dishes highlighting local ingredients, as well as a 200 + attendance meal with 17 different menu items cooked by myself and a team of community volunteers.

The 2017 Bowen Grows Community Feast was a family movie and picnic held in the BICS gym with complimentary appetizers made with BowenGrown ingredients.  We decided to take a break for 2018 and will be returning the Feast in 2019.

Update: The 2019 Bowen Grows Community Feast will be held at MeadowBrook Corner in the Fall. Please stay tuned for more info. Visit our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BowenGrowsProject/
